Fanciful Drinks at The Lodge

Stillwater Cove Bloody Mary

Ingredients

1.5 oz Spicy Absolut Peppar, 4 oz Stillwater’s Bloody Mary Mix, Chilled Prawn

Method

Add ice to a bacon salted rimmed highball glass. Combine Vodka, and Bloody Mary mix. Garnish with an olive, green bean, pepperoncini kabob and a large prawn.

Limonosa

Ingredients

4 oz Champagne, 1 oz Limoncello, ½ oz Cranberry Juice, Lemon Twist

Method

Pour champagne and limoncello into a sugar rimmed flute. Add a splash of cranberry juice and garnish with a lemon twist.

Fresh Lime Mojito

Ingredients

1.5 oz Barcardi Rum, Fresh Mint, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 4 oz Soda Water, ½ a Lime Squeeze

Method

In a highball glass muddle the fresh mint, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Add Rum and top off with soda water and ice. Stir, and garnish with fresh lime.

Pebble Beach Cosmo

Ingredients

2 oz Grey Goose l’Orange, 1 oz Cointreau, ½ oz Cranberry Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lime Squeeze

Method

In a Boston shaker, add Grey Goose l’Orange, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and fresh lime squeeze. Shake vigorously with ice and strain. Garnish with fresh lime.

Lodge Lemon Drop

Ingredients

2 oz Ketel One Citroen, 1 oz Cointreau, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup

Method

In a Boston shaker, add Ketel One Citroen, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a sugar rimmed Martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist.

Lodge Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz Herradura Silver, ½ oz Grand Marnier, ¾ oz Cointreau, 1 oz Lime Juice, Splash of Orange Juice

Method

Add ice, Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and orange juice into a salted rimmed highball glass. Stir together and float Grand Marnier on top. Garnish with a fresh lime.
