Gift Wrap

You can choose gift wrapping for a small fee. Simply select “Add Gift Wrap” to your Shopping Cart before checking out.

Special Orders

We are happy to fulfill special orders for items in the Pebble Beach Online Shop, including small to large sizes, and personalized orders. Simply email: customerservice@pebblebeach.com.

FedEx is the preferred shipper for Pebble Beach Company.

USA Shipping

Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground Service. Orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping is unavailable on weekends and/or major holidays.

FedEx Ground Service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska; residents should choose an Express Shipping Service on the Order Form when checking out.

FedEx Priority Overnight and Express Shipping services are available at an additional cost. These are listed on the Order Form and automatically calculated during the check out process.

Cut off time for FedEx Priority or Express service from Pebble Beach Shop Online is 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time; orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Note: For delivery, Saturday is not considered a business day. If you need Saturday delivery please choose the Overnight Saturday Delivery option available at check out. If you require a signature at delivery, there is an additional charge of $1.50 by FedEx.

Please note, once packages leave the Pebble Beach Shop Online premises we cannot be responsible for FedEx delivery performance.

International Orders & Shipping (Including Canada and Mexico)

Please contact a Pebble Beach Shop Online Customer Service agent at customerservice@pebblebeach.com for all International purchases, shipping rates and delivery information prior to ordering.

Please indicate the product or items you are inquiring about including the name of the item, brief description and Pebble Beach ID Number at the bottom of the product description page. Include your name, shipping address, email and billing address and a daytime phone number. Please allow 24 hours for a Customer Service Representative to provide you information needed to place your order.

International orders are shipped via FedEx Economy International. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase or gift from Pebble Beach Shop Online please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply follow the steps below or contact customerservice@pebblebeach.com.

Returns

1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return.
2. Please include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number.

4. Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

1. Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please list exchange details.

4. There is an $8.95 re-shipping charge for all exchanged items (including gift items) within the USA. International exchange re-shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact customerservice@pebblebeach.com with a credit card number to be charged. No checks accepted. The re-shipping charge will be waived only if there was an error on our part or the item was defective.
5. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
