1. This experience is exclusively for US Mastercard cardholders who are 21 years old or older, are registered members of Priceless.com, and have timely replied by the RSVP deadline specified in the offer.
2. Limited quantities are available. Experience is provided (1) one per person only on a first come, first served basis, for up to the maximum number of cardholders listed in the offer details.
3. Open to US Mastercard cardholders who are 21 years old or older.
4. If you have met the eligibility requirements and receive an available spot for this experience, Mastercard will email you a confirmation with further details about the event.
5. Mastercard is the platform provider and does not earn any fees from the sale. Mastercard does not act as a professional fundraiser on behalf of any charity. One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price from the sale of this experience to US residents will be donated to Conservation International, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The purchase price of this experience is not tax-deductible to the purchaser as a charitable contribution. Offer is non-refundable and subject to applicable taxes (for paid experiences). No returns, exchanges, substitutions, or cash redemptions permitted.

7. Tee times and groupings will be randomly assigned by Pebble Beach Resorts the week of the travel package and cannot be changed.
8. Mastercard is not responsible for guest transportation to or from the resort.
9. Admission is subject to the restrictions and requirements of the venue and event organizers, as applicable. You may be required to complete a waiver and/or release prior to participation in the experience.
10. Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, republished, or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell or republish the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms, and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being canceled without prior notice or liability to you.
11. Mastercard does not control responses provided by any third-party host or presenter of an experience, and statements made by any such parties, including, without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services, or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience.
12. Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in this and any future experience if your behavior, including any communication via email or any other communication channel, is deemed inappropriate, harmful, harassing, illegal, offensive or for any other reason is deemed to be inconsistent with any applicable terms of use or other policies of any applicable platforms or providers, in Mastercard’s absolute and final discretion. If a cardholder’s participation is denied for any of the reasons set forth in this provision, Mastercard will, time permitting, attempt to confirm the next qualifying cardholder. The rights in this provision are in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us and may also result in the cancellation of your Priceless account registration.
13. Your participation in this experience constitutes your consent for Mastercard, its affiliates, and third parties on behalf thereof to use and publish your image and/or voice as captured by any audio or video recording, as well as your name, avatar, biographical data, questions, or any additional information that is provided by you in connection with this experience without any limitations of time, place, or content for Mastercard’s promotional purposes, without compensation, except as required by law.
14. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule, or change this experience or any aspect of it, at its sole discretion, the experience is not capable of being conducted as specified or is not advisable under the circumstances. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard or the experience provider. If the experience is canceled, any amounts already paid by you will be fully reimbursed or the experience will be rescheduled, at Mastercard’s discretion.
15. By participating, you agree that Mastercard, experience provider and their designees and assigns and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury, or death to you or any other person (including any guests), including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or participation in this experience.
