Assistant Manager - Casa Palmero (Full Time*)

Responsible for the overall day to day operations, supervision and training of the staff to ensure five star/five diamond service. Supervisory, time management and problem solving skills required. Digital Marketing Manager (Full Time*)

The Digital Marketing Manager is the driving force behind Pebble Beach Company’s original photo and video content for our social media channels, web properties, and beyond. This position is responsible for creating inventive, engaging, and on-brand original content for our golf, hotel, dining, and other resort partners. The Digital Marketing Manager should be prepared to come to the table every day ready to plan and produce photographic, video, and text content for Pebble Beach Company’s digital channels. He/she must have an eye for a good story and be able to tell stories through video, photos and copy. Also must exhibit a self-starter attitude, and a passion for Golf and Pebble Beach Resorts. Minimum three years’ experience in content production is required. Strong copywriting, video and photo skills required. Broader background in traditional marketing is extremely helpful. Must be proficient with Final Cut (or Adobe Premier) and Adobe Creative Suite. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, New Media or a related field.

Project Manager (Full Time*)

Pebble Beach Company has embarked on a 10-year plan of infrastructure construction and improvement and are expanding our project management team to include a motivated manager to provide construction support for all operations. Excellent interpersonal communication and client relations skills is a must, as is the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and construction related professionals. They must be able to manage through conflict, complexity and resolve issues successfully. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including tables, charts and graphs is required. A minimum of five years construction experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Construction Superintendent or General Contractor is required. Degree in related discipline required (i.e. Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning).

Training Manager - Human Resources (Full Time*)

Responsible for the direction, coordination, development and execution of all employee training. Ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. Facilitate company orientations for new employees and new managers. Assist with scheduling and coordination of all training participants, trainers, and vendors. Provide superior customer service to our members and prospects. Oversee sales initiatives and manage all membership accounts. Assistant Manager - Sticks (Full Time*)

Responsible for assisting the Manager in all facets of restaurant and bar operations and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Strong food and beverage knowledge required. Pebble Beach Company is looking for an energetic, compassionate, human resources professional to oversee and facilitate positive employee relations for The Inn at Spanish Bay. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a broad knowledge of employee relations, training, HRIS, and compensation. Bilingual preferred. Five plus years' experience in fast paced service environment, hospitality a plus.

Rooms Division Team Leader (Full Time*)

This is an entry level managerial position that is part of the Rooms Division and will rotate between The Lodge at Pebble Beach and The Inn at Spanish Bay. The Team Leader Program provides a hands-on opportunity to work in various areas within the Rooms Division including the Front Desk, Concierge, Porter/Valet, and Housekeeping departments. Our goal is to have each Team Leader develop knowledge of each department, while developing their own leadership style. This position will assist in overseeing the enjoyment of the guests from both a front-of-the-house as well as a back-of-the-house perspective. They will also assume the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty when assigned. Stave Wine Cellar Manager (Full Time*)

Manage operations of a high quality and comprehensive Wine Bar. Achieve budgeted revenues, costs of sales and operational costs including shipping, packaging and other operational supplies. Book, plan and execute events, including overseeing execution of excellent service. Provide personal shopping & service assistance for guests in the lounge, as well as phone and email inquiries. Assist with the daily operations of the front of the house and facilitate guest and visitor enjoyment. Assist and fill-in for Manager-on-Duty during any shift. Supervisory, time management and problem-solving skills required. Experience with Word, Excel and a property management system required. Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Full Time*)

Ensure orderly and efficient administration of the Housekeeping department, by assisting the Executive Housekeeper. Maintain and enforce all quality standards, regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct daily inspections of the public areas and guest rooms while ensuring service standards are met. Coordinate, assign, and evaluate progress of special projects. Ensure that departmental labor and expense budgets goals are met on an annual basis. Swim Instructor (On Call)

Teach private and group swim lessons in accordance with the guidelines of the Red Cross Water Safety Instruction (WSI) certification. Excellent teaching, communication and swimming skills required. Some experience teaching swimming required. High School diploma or equivalent required, and some college preferred. CPR and Water Safety Instructor certifications required.

Banquet Set-Up Person (Full Time)

Set up and service Beach & Tennis Club banquet functions to banquet event order specifications, i.e. chairs, tables, linen, etc. Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly, performing physical tasks at a steady pace, for the entire shift. Head Server (Full Time)

Oversee the activities of the guests and members dining experience, ensuring that all receive immediate professional attention. Complete cash accounting and all related paperwork. Set-up and break down special events and evening banquets, to include moving tables, chairs and other furniture as necessary. Work special events as required. Must possess polished, professional server skills and have ability to carry full trays of entrees. Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with guests, members and co-workers. Excellent time management required in the execution of all duties before, during and after the shift. Previous experience with Micros or other point of sale system usage helpful. Minimum four years restaurant server experience required.

Host (Part Time)

Perform work as a laborer in excavating, preparing and laying drainage systems, preparing road surfaces and completing other related repairs, in order to maintain road surfaces, road bed, culverts, drains and ditches. Audio Visual Technician (On Call & Temporary)

Looking for energetic applicants with RECENT experience in one or more fields: live sound reinforcement (analog and digital) for conferences and evening events, familiarity with some of the following: stage lighting, LEDs, DMX, video projection and all video formats, cabling, connectors, etc. related to video gear, IT skills, such as, MAC and IP addresses, mini-networks, PBX systems. Experience in live productions, such as, audio operator, video projectionist, lighting board operator. Experience necessary in a fast moving, demanding environment. Provide personalized customer service and maximize sales through suggestive selling and customer follow-up. Build a personal client base and maintain on-going communication in order to create additional sales and interest after the guest’s visit. Responsible for daily re-stock and maintenance of designated sections of sales floor as directed by Sales Manager. Basic math and excellent communication skills required. Safeguard Pebble Beach Company property and the wellbeing of our guests and employees. Greet residents and visitors as they enter the property. Must have excellent communication skills and able to clearly communicate in writing the information obtained regarding reported incidents. Valid California driver’s license and DMV report is required. Must be able to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certificates within the first 90 days of employment. Graduate of accredited culinary program or apprenticeship desirable. Four years in the Cook II or equivalent position at a premier restaurant, resort of hotel property required. Food safety certification required.

Responsible for the efficient and orderly operation of the Employee Dining Room. Must be organized and self-motivated. Knowledge of sanitation, cleaning and basic food preparation helpful. Must be able to understand directions and communicate clearly with supervisor and co-workers. Some previous food and beverage experience helpful. Food safety certification required.

Host - Roy's (Temporary)

Greet guests and oversee dining room reservations. Ability to oversee the efficient seating and scheduling of guests. Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must have basic computer and typing skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Springer-Miller or other point of sale system helpful. Previous restaurant experience and one year as a host in a high volume restaurant environment required.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of accredited culinary program or apprenticeship is preferred. Food safety certification required.

Concierge (On Call)

Facilitate guests’ enjoyment of the surrounding area by providing information and assistance to a wide variety of requests. Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to stay well informed and knowledgeable about all hotel and local activities, restaurants, services and other attractions. Basic clerical skills required. Ability to work a flexible schedule required. Valid California driver’s license and DMV report required.

Engineer III (Full Time)

Assist in all Engineering Operations of all Pebble Beach Company buildings and facilities. Ability to work in a neat and orderly way, maintaining professional appearance at all times. Able to perform physical active work, including heavy lifting. Mechanical skills and engineering maintenance experience required. Ability to perform carpentry and painting work. Knowledge of Lockout procedures important. Ability to perform repair, modification and preventative maintenance tasks on buildings, facilities, equipment fixtures and systems. Install, trouble-shoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform required maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, filter change and the like. Assist in the moving of furniture, materials and equipment required. May provide work leadership for lower level maintenance mechanic through assignment of work, coordination of effort, providing technical guidance. Valid California driver's license. HVAC certification for handling refrigerants required. Experience with a personal computer and computerized energy management systems useful. Five years' experience in engineering or related fields, especially at a hotel or building complex. Eligible for Union benefit package.

Housekeeping Supervisor (Full Time)

Ensure that guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. Supervise the work of staff by delegating assignments and checking the quality of completed work. Assist staff with their responsibilities as needed in order to ensure a timely turnover of rooms. Supervisory, customer service and organizational skills required. Understanding of cleaning methods and products used in institutional settings. Ability to communicate clearly to staff, managers and guests required. Some hotel and housekeeping experience required. Painter (Full Time)

Perform cosmetic applications and related repairs on all Pebble Beach Company buildings and facilities. Refinish all woodwork, including building floors, trim, paneling and furniture. Must have excellent painting skills, as well as the ability to mix colors and stains. Knowledge of all painting materials and their appropriate uses important. Must be able to use paint sprayer and other related equipment. Ability to work in a neat and orderly way, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Must be able to perform physically active work, including heavy lifting, for an entire shift. Valid California driver's license required. Eligible for Union benefit package.

Pavilion Concierge (Full Time* & Part Time)

Create an exceptional arrival experience by warmly welcoming guests and providing directions. We are looking for individuals with great personalities, friendly and who like people. Excellent communication skills are a must. Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valet Parker (Part Time)

Park cars and assist in maintaining the flow of traffic at entrance. Good driving record, polished manners and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to communicate clearly with drivers, employees and guests. Must be able to stand for an entire shift. Ability to drive cars with standard and automatic transmissions required. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid California driver's license and a current DMV report required.

Banquet Set Up Person (On Call)

Ensure the complete set-up and tear down of banquet functions and special events, as well as maintaining all banquet equipment and banquet space. Knowledge of buffet design and set-up. Must be a team player. Able to carry a large oval tray over shoulder and possess good lifting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests. Bartender - Gallery Cafe (Part Time)

Responsible for the prompt and courteous service of beverages and spirits, as well as the mixing of drinks for cocktail service and serving food for the Gallery Café. Conduct inventory. Fill in for other bartenders and servers as needed. Basic drink knowledge and previous beverage experience preferred. Good math and communication skills needed. Hair Stylist (Part Time)

Deliver professional, meticulous, relaxing and exemplary hairstylist services to spa guests. Fill in for other hairstylists as needed. Previous experience and a valid California State Cosmetology License required. Must be available to work a varied schedule.

Juice Bar Wellness Coordinator (Part Time)

Ensures all guests receive immediate, personalized and professional attention. Ideal candidate will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality with a positive attitude. Basic math and good communication skills needed. Previous retail and deli experience preferred. Food safety and TIPS certification required. Minimum age is 21 years old. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required.

Massage Therapist (Part Time & On Call)

Deliver professional, therapeutic and rejuvenating massage therapies and body treatments to spa guests. Experience in multiple modalities preferred. Two years Spa experience preferred. California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification required. CPR and First Aid training preferred. Must be available to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Candidates must submit a copy of their school transcript showing 500 hours massage training and a current California Massage License.

Facilitate the smooth transition of guest movement from one activity to another. Candidate must have a clear and concise speaking voice which is critical to answering calls and act as dispatch for the Transportation department. Must be service oriented, a self-starter, and have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to take charge and direct people while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Second language helpful. Ability to work weekends and holidays required. This position does require some driving. Good driving record and valid California driver's license required. Some hotel or resort experience preferred.

Driver (On Call)

Ensure the safe transportation of resort guests to and from the golf courses, hotels and other various local destinations. Assist guests with storage, loading, unloading and safe handling of luggage and golf clubs. Good driving record, polished manners and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lift safely and give clear directions required. Ability to work a varied and flexible shift. A valid Class B with passenger endorsement, California driver's license and current DMV report required. Previous work experience in the hospitality industry helpful, but not necessary.
