Management Positions:

Responsible for the overall day to day operations, supervision and training of the staff to ensure five star/five diamond service. Supervisory, time management and problem solving skills required. Retail Distribution Center
Responsible for leading a team of associates to execute Pebble Beach Online and Gift Card strategic initiatives and achieving financial goals. Ensure the execution of daily, seasonal and annual merchandise updates for the Pebble Beach Online Shop. Manage all aspects of the back-end system (Magento) including, but not limited to, the coordination of enhancements and fixes, project planning efforts focused on new features and growth opportunities. In partnership with Marketing and IS, develop a best-in-class eCommerce platform from system execution, customer usability and overall brand experience. Manage all aspects of customer service efforts to ensure transactions are processed and shipped timely. Should customer service issues arise, provide direction and guidance to customer service agent on appropriate resolution tactics.

Oversee all aspects of retail merchandise buying activities for Pebble Beach Resorts. Develop, design and produce strategic buy plans for all merchandise needs for the retail division. Must manage sell-thru and margin targets to ensure division achieves monthly and annual profit and inventory targets. Must have excellent retail math acumen, including markup, markdown, gross margin, OTB, inventory productivity measures. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills required. The Inn At Spanish Bay
Manage all aspects of the beverage operation to ensure five star service standards. Assistant Manager is responsible for maximizing the financial performance of the beverage operations by providing the highest possible guest service, products, and by fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Directly responsible for supervision of Beverage Department (Traps, Lobby Lounge, Service Bar) and assist with the wine program within Spanish Bay.

Monitor and maintain the food and beverage cost, utilizing the Eatec Inventory System and maintain Info Genesis Point of Sales System for all outlets resort wide. Responsible for maintaining the recipes for all restaurants by inputting all ingredients for each recipe into Eatec and checking accuracy. Certify all recipes throughout the year by physically verifying each recipe using the printed Eatec version and then weighing each ingredient one at a time to verify them. Must have excellent communication skills. Understanding of weights and measures. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Food and beverage or culinary experience a preferred.

The Lodge At Pebble Beach
Ensure orderly and efficient administration of the Housekeeping department, by assisting the Executive Housekeeper. Maintain and enforce all quality standards, regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct daily inspections of the public areas and guest rooms while ensuring service standards are met. Coordinate, assign, and evaluate progress of special projects. Ensure that departmental labor and expense budgets goals are met on an annual basis. Gather information and make recommendations on decisions for products and services while working with external vendors. Candidates must exhibit a very high level of attention to detail and ability to solve problems. Ensure that the housekeeping department meets safety procedures and follows proper OSHA standards. The Spa at Pebble Beach, a 22,000 square foot Forbes Five star spa seeks an innovative, team oriented Massage Manager. This individual needs to create a team environment, provide exemplary guest service and develop a professional, highly trained and motivated treatment staff. Supervisory, time management, problem solving and team development skills required. Demonstration of exceptional leadership skills essential. Beach & Tennis Club:

Fitness
This position includes the duties of the Valet and Locker Room Attendant, which includes parking cars; assisting with the flow of traffic at the entrance; towel disposal, folding and stocking; refilling amenities; steam and sauna room maintenance and overall locker room cleanliness. Assist the guests in every aspect of their stay. A blend of Concierge, Front Desk Clerk, Transportation Driver, Bell/Valet and Bartender, in order to meet the standards of a five-star/five diamond operation. Excellent driving record, polished manners, interpersonal skills and able to handle luggage safely is required. Attention to detail, superior service skills, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities a must. TIPS certification required. Current California DMV printout required.

Corporate:

Looking for energetic applicants with RECENT experience in one or more fields: live sound reinforcement (analog and digital) for conferences and evening events, familiarity with some of the following: stage lighting, LEDs, DMX, video projection and all video formats, cabling, connectors, etc. related to video gear, IT skills, such as, MAC and IP addresses, mini-networks, PBX systems. Experience in live productions, such as, audio operator, video projectionist, lighting board operator. Experience necessary in a fast moving, demanding environment. Ensure the safe transportation of resort guests to and from the golf courses, hotels and other various local destinations. Assist guests with storage, loading, unloading and safe handling of luggage and golf clubs. A valid Class B with passenger endorsement, California driver's license and current DMV report required. Previous work experience in the hospitality industry helpful, but not necessary.
