From a cooking with fire, gnocchi-making and poke prep, to a five-course sensory dinner, prepare to savor the best in California cuisine through interactive experiences led by hospitality’s finest chefs. Whether you are an epicurean expert with an appreciation for fine foods, or an aspiring gourmet looking to add tricks to your repertoire, this one-of-a-kind weekend will leave you feeling inspired for your at-home culinary adventures while indulging in the Pebble Beach Resorts experience.

Your Culinary Getaway Experience

From the moment you arrive, enjoy a bounty of festivities including a welcome reception, delightful dinners, hands on cooking demonstrations with seasoned chefs and much more.


Day One

  • Check-in – 3:00-5:00 p.m.
  • Welcome Reception – 6:00 p.m.
  • Five Senses Dining Experience – 6:45 p.m.
  • After Dinner – “Sherry meets Fondue and they live happily ever after” – 8:45 p.m.

Day Two

  • Complimentary in-room continental breakfast – 6:00 – 9:00 a.m.
  • Cooking Demonstrations at The Lodge at Pebble Beach (Select two sessions) – 9:00 a.m.
  • Lunch at Casa Palmero Pool Deck – 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Free Time – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Transportation to The Inn at Spanish Bay – 3:00 – 3:30 p.m.
  • Cooking Demonstrations at The Inn at Spanish Bay (Select two sessions) – 3:30 p.m.
  • Bagpiper Reception at Fire Pits – 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Flavors of Pebble Beach Dinner – 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Day Three

Featured Chef: The Bench at Pebble Beach Chef Aaron Burns
Location: The Lodge at Pebble Beach

Chef Aaron Burns gives tips and tricks for cooking with a wood-fired grill. Learn techniques such as blistering, baking and other assorted methods of cooking with fire through hands-on demonstrations, then sample your creations.

Juice on the Loose

Featured: Lara Davidson and Nyla Gallagher
Location: Casa Palmero

The key to indulgence is balance, and this demonstration will teach you how to have all-day energy the natural way. Through juicing, nutritious additives, natural sugar sources, creative food purees and plant-based proteins, a healthy addition to your epicurean palate is within reach. Led by Lara Davidson and Nyla Gallagher, you will also learn how to select the correct juicer and blender for your needs, while taking part in hands-on juicing and blending of raw products with different equipment.

BBQ Bootcamp

Location: Casa Palmero Pool Deck

Make the most of your outdoor cooking experiences with techniques from our BBQ Bootcamp. Learn where to buy and how to select the best meat, the difference between meat grades, and get hands-on practice and grilling tips from one of the best in the business. Some of your finished product may even be selected for the day’s lunch at Casa Palmero!

Micro Beer Explosion

Location: The Tap Room

Perfect for beer tasting rookies and connoisseurs alike. Settle in to the world famous Tap Room at the Lodge at Pebble Beach to explore the history of craft beer, and taste the evolution of the micro-beer explosion over the last 15 years.

What did the Gnocchi say to the Orecchiette?

Featured Chef: Angela Tamura
Location: Péppoli Restaurant

Get your hands all floured up with Chef Angela of Peppoli Restaurant.  Guests will work side by side making two types of gnocchi and “little ear” pasta (aka orecchiette).  Making pasta at home can be a daunting experience at first but with a few tips and tricks you are sure to want to dive into fun.

Chef Angela will also demonstrate a few quick and easy pasta sauces to get the novice pasta maker off to races cooking like a Italian Nonna.

Stop Poke Me

Location: Roy’s at Spanish Bay

If you’ve enjoyed amazing ceviche or poke when dining out, but been intimidated by the idea of making them yourself, this hands-on demo is for you. Chef Pablo will share his secrets for finding the perfect fish and fresh ingredients for these unique dishes, while you learn the proper techniques to create your own ceviche or poke at home.

Cream Puffs Take a Dip

Come join Chef Anastasia as she dives into the multitude of possibilities a cream puff can become. Eclairs, Profiteroles, Paris Brest…Oh My!!!

Impress your guests with a glossy ganache or be daring and high dive into some classy glassy caramel. The pool of ideas are endless with this humble puff. So come take a dip into the “ooh”cean of cream puffs!
