WHAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR?

Jordan Spieth nearly went wire-to-wire, finishing at 19-under. His four-shot win was one off the tournament record for largest margin of victory, and he played the final 28 holes without a bogey. Spieth topped an impressive leaderboard that included top-five finishes from then-world No. 1 Jason Day, current world No. 1 Dustin Johnson, current world No. 2 Jon Rahm and Brandt Snedeker.

WHO ARE THE FAVORITES TO WIN THIS YEAR?

Two-time AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am winner Dustin Johnson is the odds-on favorite at 11-2, and his last PGA TOUR start was a victory at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. World No. 2 Jon Rahm is the second favorite at 9-1, while Jason Day and Rory McIlroy are 10-1, and defending champ Jordan Spieth is 12-1.

Other interesting names include newly minted Waste Management Phoenix Open winner Gary Woodland (22-1), Phil Mickelson (28-1) chasing a record-tying fifth AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am title, Patrick Reed (33-1), Brandt Snedeker and Matt Kuchar (both 35-1), Bubba Watson (100-1) and 2010 U.S. Open champion Graeme McDowell (125-1), the latest Major champion at Pebble Beach.
