Dear Friends, This year’s annual report marks a special milestone: Our 50th anniversary of giving. As we celebrate this incredible moment, we are filled with gratitude for the impact Pebble Beach Company Foundation has made in the lives of young people across Monterey County. Since our very first $3,000 grant in 1976, your generosity has helped us invest in the potential of every young life, ensuring students have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive. What started as a modest initiative grew into over $1 million in annual support by 2017 – and total giving of an incredible $19.2 million by the end of 2024 – an inspiring legacy built by your continued belief in education and opportunity. Today’s students face evolving challenges. Many are still recovering academically and emotionally from the pandemic, while also confronting food insecurity, mental health struggles, and barriers to technology. Thanks to your ongoing support, we are able to respond with both agility and compassion. Our close relationships with community partners help us stay informed and responsive to emerging needs. In the past year alone, we’ve partnered with more than 115 local nonprofits, supporting programs that provide early childhood care, mental health services, youth development, college and career readiness, and much more. These efforts are helping students gain confidence, resilience, and the tools they need to shape their own bright futures. As we look back on five decades of impact, our mission remains clear: to invest in youth today for a promising tomorrow. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey. DAVID L.
