In this portion of your 2023 U.S. Women’s Open corporate hospitality journey, you get to dive into the details that matter to YOU – the food served in your space, the décor plan, when and how you can access your venue, ticket information, and more. We recommend familiarizing yourself with each section prior to scheduling your one-on-one client meeting, so your Pebble Beach planner can guide and better assist you with any questions throughout the selection process. Step 1: Schedule an Individual Client Meeting
Plan a private, one-on-one client meeting with a Pebble Beach representative to help select your package customizations. Review catering menus, the basic décor packages, and discuss ways you can enhance options to create a personalized space for you and your guests.
These meetings will also provide the opportunity to walk through your event space, book hotel accommodations, schedule golf and spa treatments, and secure restaurant reservations. Last, meet with a member of our Corporate Retail team to discuss co-branding retail opportunities.

Step 2: Select Catering Menus
Choose between three (3) daily curated food and drink packages, or further customize your own menu through individual add on items.
Step 3: Select Décor Packages
Choose between three (3) different décor packages or mix-and-match furniture pieces to customize your own space.
Step 4: Review Venue Layouts & Procedures
View venue floorplans, locations and procedures to better understand your space and ensure you and your guests have an outstanding experience during Championship week.
Step 5: Review Ticket & Parking Pass Information
All corporate hospitality tickets provide access to the course and to your hospitality venue. Options to invite and host additional guests at the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open are available.
