Catering Planning & Guidelines

Culinary Information:

All of our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present; our menu descriptions may not include all ingredients. Consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Please inform your Conference Services Manager of any dietary restrictions or concerns.

Important Dates:

May 1, 2023 – Catering Deposit Due

May 22, 2023 – Final Catering Menu Selection Due

June 9, 2023 – Final Guest Guarantees Due

Short-Term Guest Count Increase:

Guarantee guest count changes above and beyond 3% after Friday, June 23, 2023, will be subject to product availability and an increased charge of 50% over the menu price for each additional guest. Pebble Beach Resorts will honor a 3% overset of the guarantee for each event. During the seven business days prior to Monday, July 3, 2023, an increase to the guarantee of no more than 3% will be honored.

Enhancements:

Menu selection upgrades are available at an additional fee and will be applied to your weekly Hospitality food & beverage minimum. They can only be added to an existing menu or bar package.

Outside Food and Beverage:

Pebble Beach Resorts does not permit distribution or service of food or beverage that is not purchased by Pebble Beach Resorts.

Hospitality Service – Guest Minimum:

Each Hospitality will have a minimum number of guests that can be serviced for the location to be considered active. Please confirm your Hospitality’s minimum guest requirement with your Conference Services Manager.

Hospitality Food and Beverage Weekly Minimum:

Each Hospitality has a weekly daytime spend; you may use any or all days between Wednesday, July 5, 2023 and Sunday, July 9, 2023 to reach this minimum. Any attrition will be applied to the master account, to include service charge and current sales tax.

Service Charge and Sales Tax:

All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% service charge and current sales tax.

Menu Packages:

These are set and no substitutions will be permitted. You can enhance your selected package with additional items from the “Enhancements” portion of the menus, which can be applied toward the weekly daytime minimum spend.

Service Information:

Hospitality Days of Service: Wednesday through Sunday, July 5-9, 2023.

  • Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to   3:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon Snack: 3:00 p.m. to   6:00 p.m.
  • Bar: 11:00 a.m. to   6:00 p.m.

**All events in Hospitality Suites must conclude by 7:30 p.m.

Hospitality Suite:

The Suite will be cleared of all bedding. Soft furnishings may stay and can be coordinated with your Conference Services Manager. All food and beverage will be displayed on exterior patio areas.
