When is the last date to request custom interiors?

What is the inspection, load-in & load-out procedure?

Load-In: Tuesday, July 4 – Wednesday, July 5

Client Walkthroughs/Inspections:

Tuesday, July 4 for sponsors activating hospitality on Wednesday, July 5.

Wednesday, July 5 for sponsors activating hospitality starting on Thursday, July 6.

Load-Out: Sunday, July 9 after conclusion of play.

Load-in and load-out instructions will be provided closer to the Championship.


How do corporate hospitality patrons enter the tournament grounds and their hospitality venue?

You and your guests will enter the championship outside of the Visitor Center (Merchandise). Tickets will be scanned for the first time at the admission gate by the conference center and then again at the corporate hospitality check-in tent. When there ticket is scanned a second time they will be issued a day specific wristband. Guests’ tickets will not be scanned at the venue.

What hours will hospitality guests have access to their venues?

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on days you have elected to be open.

How will corporate hospitality venues be marked?

Each hospitality venue will be marked with an identification sign no larger than 2’ x ‘2 outside your hospitality facility/room. The sign will include only the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open logo and the name of your company based on what was provided in the Corporate Sign Form. Company logos will not be printed on the sign. No other signs are permitted on the exterior of your hospitality area.

Is security provided at hospitality venues?

Security is not provided for any of the individual hospitality areas. If you wish to hire a professional security guard for your specific facility/room, you must do so through the security firm selected by Pebble Beach Company. Please contact your Conference Services Manager for further details.

Will I or my guests be able to leave items in room unattended overnight?

Pebble Beach Company is not responsible for any items left in a hospitality venue and does not recommend that you leave any valuables in your venue prior to, during, or after the tournament.

At no time does the Pebble Beach Company provide security for the individual hospitality venues. If you wish to hire a professional security guard for your specific facility/room, you must do so through the security firm selected by Pebble Beach Company. Please contact your Conference Services Manager for further details.


What credentials will corporate hospitality guests need to enter their venue?

At the hospitality check-in, your guests will be issued a day-specific wristband after having their mobile ticket scanned for a second time. Their wristband will allow access into your venue for that day.

Who do I contact about cleaning my hospitality space?

Your room will be serviced and cleaned nightly including daily refreshes of the restroom. There is a housekeeping button on your room phone if any emergencies should arise. If you are interested in additional housekeeping services, contact your Conference Services Manager.

Will my room have a landline and internet?

Yes, there will be a phone in your room (instructions to dial out are listed on the phone), as well as, access to Wi-Fi.

Will my room be equipped for charging devices?

There will be outlets for power included in your room. Any other specialty electrical request must be made by filling out Electrical Request Form in the forms section of the website.

How can I view the leaderboard or watch the Championship from my room?

More information on Championship viewing to be released in Spring 2023.

Where do I ship items for my hospitality activation?

Any items for your Hospitality that you are having shipped to the Championship must be addressed exactly as follows:

Packages will be accepted up to seven (7) days prior to the program start date. Deliveries will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 26, 2023 through Sunday, July 9. 2023.  Packages sent before this time will require approval and storage fees will apply per day.

Movement of one (1) pallet will be subject to labor fees.

All outgoing packages must be ship-ready (i.e., securely taped with shipping labels, etc.). A storage and/or disposal fee will apply for items that remain on property after Monday, July 10, 2023.

What are the meal service hours?

Breakfast – 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Lunch – 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Afternoon Snack – 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Bar Service – 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Can I bring in food or beverage (including wine) from an outside vendor?

No. Pebble Beach Resorts does not permit distribution or service of food or beverage that is not purchased by Pebble Beach Resorts.

What if I have guests with dietary restrictions and allergies?

Inform your Conference Services Manager of any guests’ dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Tickets and Parking Pass Information

Why have tickets switched from printed to digital?

The United States Golf Association (USGA) moved to a mobile, digital ticketing solution in 2022 to eliminate contact points and makes the customer experience safer and more convenient. This new approach enhances security, simplifies the distribution process by utilizing email addresses instead of having to mail or personally deliver/distribute tickets, and increases ability to track tickets and utilization. It’s also better for the environment, reducing significant paper waste from printed tickets, and keeps you up to date with the sports and entertainment industry trends and technology innovations.

How do I access my digital tickets?

The USGA ticket department will use the information provided on your Ticket and Parking Form to create your company’s account on the AXS ticketing platform. The Ticket and Parking Form is due by March 11, 2023 .

When will my digital tickets be issued?

Digital tickets can be accessed in your account 30-60 days prior to Championship week.

*Note: The USGA will not release any tickets until they are in receipt of your fully executed hospitality agreement, Certificate of Insurance and all payments due for your hospitality package.


How many tickets are included in my package?

Please refer to the ticket allotment indicated in your signed contract or refer to the ticket allotment chart found on the ticketing page within this website.

How do I manage my tickets?

Digital tickets can be managed through the U.S. Women’s Open app or through the USGA ticket portal by visiting USGA.org. Through the dashboard, you will have the ability to transfer tickets to employees or clients, keep track of tickets you have already transferred and what still remains in your ticket inventory and update your account information. You can also manage your tickets in the AXS app. You can download the AXS app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Can I send multiple tickets to the same person?

Yes, you can send as many tickets as you would like to someone.

Does the person I send tickets to need to have an AXS account?

Yes, the person receiving the tickets would need to create their own AXS account to access their tickets. They can download the AXS app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

How do my guests access their digital tickets?

When you transfer tickets to a guest, they will receive an email letting them know that you sent them tickets, along with “next steps” instructions. They will have to download the AXS app and create an account using the same email address you used to transfer their tickets.

Can my guest print out their tickets at home?

No. Guests will not be able to print their tickets from the AXS app. Mobile tickets must be scanned from a smartphone for entry. They will need have to have their tickets open in the AXS app when entering the Championship.

Can my guests use a screenshot of their tickets?

No. A mobile ticket must be provided within the AXS app. The digital ticket will be scanned at the admission gate. Tickets will not be accepted at either the admission gate or hospitality entrance if they are a screenshot.

What if my guests phone runs out of battery, is lost/stolen or loses service, or they cannot log into their account?

Once transferred, the tickets are connected to your guest’s account, they simply have to come to the Will Call trailer, present their ID, and our ticket resolution team will assist them.

What if my guest does not have a smartphone?

If your guest does not have a smartphone, they simply must go to the Will Call trailer at the main entrance, present their ID, and our ticket resolution team will assist them.

*Note: Their ticket must have already been transferred to their email address.


What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I reclaim the tickets?

Yes. You can reclaim tickets if they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient. If the recipient has downloaded the AXS app and accepted the tickets, then a member of the USGA ticket department will have to recall those tickets and place them back into your account.

If I transfer tickets and that person is unable to attend, can I get the tickets back?

Yes. You can reclaim tickets if the recipient hasn’t already accepted them. If the recipient has downloaded the AXS app and accepted the tickets, then a member of the USGA ticket department will have to recall those tickets and place them back into your account.

What does my guest do once they have entered the Championship?

Your guest will need to proceed to the hospitality check-in tent. They will have their ticket scanned for a second time and then be issued a day-specific wristband that will allow access into your venue for the day.

How do I place my option ticket order?

What are Staff Tickets and do they differ from the standard Guest Hospitality Tickets?

Staff tickets are given to specific members of a client and who are scheduled to manage the hospitality suite. The staff ticket will grant you access to your hospitality venue.

How can I accommodate any last minute, onsite ticket requests?

More ticket information will be released in Spring 2023.

What is the Junior Ticket protocol and how do I secure junior tickets?

How will I receive my parking passes?

More information on parking passes will be released in Spring 2023.

General/Tournament Information

Where do corporate hospitality guests park/get dropped off


Information for parking and transportation will be released in the Spring of 2023.

Can I bring gifts for my guests?

As a corporate hospitality client, you have the unique opportunity to purchase co-branded Championship gear and merchandise. Please ensure that any gifts you provide to your hospitality guests are in compliance with the USGA and not on the Prohibited Items list. Gifting to the general public is not permitted.

Can corporate hospitality guests sit in the grandstands?

Yes. Grandstand seating will be located at strategic viewing areas throughout the course. It is available to all spectators including corporate hospitality guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to the grandstands will be closed once each specific grandstand reaches capacity.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The USGA will have meteorology staff on-site monitoring the possibility of dangerous or inclement weather. If hazardous weather conditions are approaching, special “weather alerts” will be displayed on video boards around the course. When the alert appears, spectators are advised to take immediate precautions (including clearing grandstands) PRIOR to play being suspended. In the event of a weather alert, please avoid open areas, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, golf carts and wire fences.

If play is suspended, indicated by one prolonged air-horn blast, it means that dangerous weather is in the vicinity. In the event of a suspension of play, grandstands will be cleared immediately. Play will resume as soon as conditions allow. Resumption of play occurs with two short blasts of an air horn, repeated once.


What should I do to ensure my safety at the championship?

Please wear appropriate footwear suitable for substantial walking on hills, dirt paths and other uneven surfaces. Make sure to stay behind gallery ropes and follow directions of the championship marshals at all times. Do not cross fairways except at designated crosswalk areas. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. To ensure safety at all times, walk carefully and never run.

What is proper championship etiquette?

Be considerate of others and kneel or sit if you are in the front row of the gallery. Stay quiet and stand still when players are about to hit or when instructed by marshals. The following acts are considered a breach of etiquette and could result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or expulsion from the championship grounds:

• Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures.
• Verbal or physical harassment of players, volunteers, officials or spectators.
• Distracting a player or any disruption of play.
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, unsafe or illegal in nature.

Failing to follow the instructions of a U.S. Women’s Open staff member, championship official, volunteer or security personnel.


Is the championship ADA Accessible?

The USGA is committed to providing a positive and user-friendly experience for all spectators with disabilities and is pleased to provide the following services:

• Reserved parking spaces in designated U.S. Women’s Open parking locations for vehicles having the appropriate HD/DP license plates or placards.
• A number of complimentary mobility scooters to help spectators with disabilities traverse the grounds. Scooters will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
• A number of wheelchair accessible seating areas located in select grandstands throughout the course.
• A Disabled Services Committee comprised of volunteers who are available to assist disable spectators with transportation via multi-passenger golf carts to and from various locations throughout the course.
• Handicap accessible restroom units located throughout the course and in each hospitality area.


What items are prohibited to bring to the Championship

To expedite admission into the Championship, it is recommended that all prohibited items are safely stowed prior to arriving at the Championship. Please be sure to read the following list of prohibited items carefully:

• No Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms or knives)
• No Explosives and/or Fireworks of any kind
• No Tablets and/or Computers (mobile devices smaller than 7″ are permitted, subject to mobile device policy)
• No Drones
• No Selfie Sticks
• No Cameras (point and shoot, film, or DSLR) or Video Cameras (other than Monday through Wednesday for personal use only)
• No Noise-Producing Devices (including portable speakers)
• No Backpacks, Briefcases, Purses and/or Bags larger than 6″ W x 6″ H x 6″ D in their natural state
      Note: Transparent/clear plastic hand and shoulder bags no larger than 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D are permitted.
• No Signs, Posters and/or Banners
• No Food and/or Beverages except for medical or infant needs
• Water bottles (24-ounce size or less, no glass) are permitted provided they are empty
• No Glass, Coolers, Aerosol Cans and/or Spray Bottles except for medical or infant needs
     Note: Personal-care items (3-ounce size or less) are permitted.
• No Pets (other than service animals as defined by the ADA assisting disabled individuals)
• No Lawn Chairs and/or Oversized Chairs (carrying cases are not permitted)
• No Ladders and/or Step Stools or other similar items
• No Bicycles allowed inside admission areas or on the Championship grounds
• No other items or actions deemed unlawful, dangerous or disruptive by the USGA and/or Championship Security Personnel, in their sole discretion

Note: The USGA reserves the right to amend the List of Prohibited Items at any time to provide a safe and secure Championship.
