Option Ticket Order Form

The Option Ticket Order Form, allows you to order extra tickets with ease based on the ticket clause found within your Hospitality Agreement. Select the ticket option from the list, enter the amount, and the form will auto-calculate your total.

Option tickets will be emailed to the email address listed on your Ticket Shipment Form. Option tickets will not be sent until full payment is received for both your hospitality package and the option tickets ordered. Food & Beverage minimums will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of clients attending your hospitality space each day. Option ticket orders are non-refundable.

Ticket & Parking Pass Form

Tickets will be managed and distributed through the USGA App or through USGA.org. This process will be entirely digital. No printed tickets or screenshots will be accepted at admission gates during the tournament. Parking passes will be mailed to the physical address provided on this form. More information on parking to follow.

Corporate Sign Form

All corporate hospitality venues will have a corporate identification sign posted on the exterior of the hospitality area during the week of the U.S. Women’s Open. The sign is yours to keep at the conclusion of the championship.

All signs will be uniform in color, typeface, and size (approximately 2’ x 2’), and will include only the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open logo and the name of your company.  Company logos, typeface or slogans will not be included on the sign.  The sign can accommodate up to three (3) lines, and each line can fit up to 20 characters.  Keep in mind that the size of the typeface will decrease as the number of characters used on each line increases.

Please note the following with regard to the signage policy:

  • In addition to the company name listed in your corporate hospitality agreement, you may request up to two (2) division names, brand names and/or trade names to be listed on your sign, space permitting and upon approval by Pebble Beach Company.
  • Requests to include the company name of a subsidiary, affiliate or any other entity separate from your company will not be granted unless each company enters into its own agreement with Pebble Beach.
  • For companies sharing their hospitality package with one or more contracted companies, please note that all partners’ names will be printed on one sign and that the limit of three (3) lines and 20 characters per line must include all sharing partners. Please submit one form for the entire sharing group.

Authorized Personnel Form

Due: June 9, 2023

You must submit this form in order to sign for the purchase of any on-site tickets and related food and beverage charges.  You will be invoiced by the USGA for all tickets obtained during championship week.  You will be invoiced separately by Pebble Beach Company for any food and beverage related charges.  Invoices will be sent following the conclusion of the event.

Hospitality Host Form

Due: June 9, 2023

Please indicate below the name of at least one company representative who will be serving as a host on the days you plan to operate your hospitality area.  Note: If you plan to distribute tickets to guests on the day(s) that you are not providing food and beverage in your hospitality space, your guests will not have access into your area on those days.

Hospitality space will be accessible in a working capacity only starting Tuesday, July 4. Load-ins must be complete by Wednesday, July 5. Additional Load-in and Load-out procedures will be communicated with you from your conference services manager.

Past Champions Golf Event

Meet the legends of women’s golf at an exclusive event at The Hay. This event is open to all private hospitality groups. Please refer to your agreement to confirm eligibility. Each group will have one foursome available to them for this casual afternoon outing. Please note, an RSVP will be required in order to participate in this event. Get Into Golf Clinic

Due: June 9, 2023

Join us for one of our complimentary golf clinics led by Pebble Beach’s own acclaimed instructors. This interactive golf experience is perfect for beginner golfers looking to learn the game or those wanting to finesse their skill set. Each clinic will be two hours and will provide lessons in full swing, short game, and putting. Clinics will be open to corporate hospitality guests of all levels and will be limited to 15 guests per session. A corporate hospitality group can register up to 5 individuals per session.
