Who We Are & What We Do OUR VISION Education changes lives. We are committed to funding quality educational programs and awarding scholarships and financial aid to benefit Monterey County students, from pre-kindergarten to postgraduate levels. These funds provide access to opportunities and experiences that deepen, broaden, and expand their world. OUR MISSION To provide quality educational opportunities for Monterey County youth. In 1975, the Pebble Beach Company Foundation was born with a mission to provide Monterey County’s youth with the building blocks of success. In the four decades since our inception, the Foundation has sought meaningful ways to support programs that focus on the educational needs of our community’s youth. The needs in Monterey County are great, but the Pebble Beach Company Foundation is working to improve our community by aligning our grant making with the region’s best youth-focused nonprofits.
