It’s all about big flavors at Roy’s at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeño Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy’s. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy’s Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience.
