The 9 and under division will tee off at 8:30 AM as a shotgun start.  Registration for the 9 and under division will begin at 7:15 AM at The Hay Putting Green.  All other age divisions are encouraged to check in at the registration table near The Hay putting green 45 minutes before their posted tee time.

The Peter Hay Memorial

The Hay welcomes all juniors, ages 18 and younger, to play in an individual stroke play competition on Saturday, April 8, 2023! This tournament honors former, long-time Head Professional Peter Hay, who was a prime advocate for junior golf. Hay began the youth tournament back in 1937 during his time at Del Monte Golf Course. After a hiatus during World War II, Hay resumed the tournament on Pebble beach Golf Links in 1948. This year, Pebble Beach will carry on the tradition at the par-3 course, The Hay. We look forward to a fun day of competition on the course, sign up today!

Competition will be divided into the following three flights:

• Boys 9 & Under: 9-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (18 holes)
• Girls 9 & Under: 9-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (18 holes)
• Boys 10-13: 18-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (27 holes)
• Girls 10-13: 18-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (27 holes)
• Boys 14-18: 18-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (27 holes)
• Girls 14-18: 18-hole Hay score plus 9 hole putting course score (27 holes)

Spectators:

• 9 & Under Divisions: One parent/guardian to accompany participant at The Hay.
• 10+ Divisions: No spectators on course. Competition viewing from outside the perimeter fence line.
