Clubs

Those who do not wish to travel with their clubs to Pebble Beach Resorts have the choice to either rent the latest in TaylorMade golf equipment while on site, or ship their clubs ahead of time using FedEx to The Lodge at Pebble Beach or The Inn at Spanish Bay.

Checking In

Please check in at your respective pro shop one hour prior to your tee time. This will ensure sufficient time to get acquainted with the property and use the practice facilities.

Practice Facilities & Golf Instruction

Those playing any Pebble Beach Resorts course are welcome to use the Pebble Beach Practice Facility before and / or after their round. In addition, Spyglass Hill has its own driving range and The Links at Spanish Bay has a short game area. The Pebble Beach Golf Academy, with its acclaimed instructors and state-of-the-art facilities, is a must-visit for anyone interested in improving their game.

Caddies

Caddies are not required but greatly enhance the guest experience. Those wishing to reserve a caddie should call Caddie Services at least 72 hours in advance of the round at (866) 903-9101 to make or confirm arrangements. Golfers desiring a caddie should travel with a single-strap carry bag with a stand weighing less than 25 pounds. If your bag does not conform to these requirements, you may be asked to move your clubs to a provided change-out bag, which protects the health of our caddies. Single-bag caddie requests will be granted based on availability.

Carts

Pebble Beach is a cart path only facility and the distance from the path to your ball is often long. Therefore, we highly recommend that you reserve a caddie and enjoy one of the greatest walks in the world.

Pace of Play

Pace of play is critical to your experience. Every golfer on our courses assumes the responsibility to his or her fellow guests of keeping pace with the preceding group. Those that fail to do so will be supported by one of our player assistants, who will stay with your group until you are back in position. In egregious circumstances, you may be asked to move back into position or offered to restart your round at a later time. Those unsure of their ability to keep pace should strongly consider a late-afternoon tee time, where they will not be pushed by the group(s) behind them.

Course Condition

Our courses are open year round. As such, there are times when routine maintenance is required to ensure their continued health. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking, discounts will not be provided.
