Get Into The Holiday Spirit With These Festive Cocktails

The holidays are upon us, and Pebble Beach Resorts’ seasonal cocktails are full of festive cheer. Whether you’re hosting a holiday party or looking for a cozy drink to enjoy by the fire, there’s no better way to get into the holiday spirit than with a festive cocktail in hand!

Below are three holiday-inspired cocktails, and a delicious mocktail, recipes from Pebble Beach Resorts that ensure a jolly good time:

PICTURE PEAR-FECT — STILLWATER BAR & GRILL 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Grey Goose la Poire
  • .5oz Lillet Blonde
  • .5oz lemon juice
  • .5oz Pear Puree
  • .5oz Cinnamon Anise Syrup
  • Anise Star garnish

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with floating Anise star.

 

SMOKEY THE PEAR — THE BENCH

Ingredients:

  • .75oz Espolon Reposado
  • .75oz Amaras Cupreata Mezcal
  • 1oz Pear Puree
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 1oz Apple Rosemary Syrup
  • 3 dashes apple bitters
  • Lemon wheel garnish

Method:

Prepare fancy rocks glass with half salt rim. Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake and strain into prepared glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.

 

SMOKING ROSE — THE BENCH

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Bulleit Rye Whiskey
  • .75 Apple Rosemary Syrup
  • 3 dashes apple bitters
  • 1 orange twist
  • 1 lemon twist
  • Luxardo Cherry
  • Smoking Rosemary Sprig Garnish

Method:

Add rosemary syrup and bitters to craft rocks glass. Express orange and lemon twist into glass. Add Bulleit Rye and king cube. Stir to chill and dilute. Garnish with Luxardo cherry on a pick and smoking rosemary sprig.

 

CRANPEARY, MOCKTAIL — THE BENCH

Finally, mocktails are fun and guilt-free, especially when they come with fresh berries, lime and mint. Pebble Beach Resorts “No Proof” mocktail at the Stillwater Bar & Grill at The Lodge at Pebble Beach supports goals without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Pear puree
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 1oz ginger ale
  • 2oz cranberry juice
  • Lemon wheel garnish

Method:

Build in 16oz beer glass. Fill 3/4 with crushed ice. Add pear puree, lemon and simple syrup. Roll into shaker to mix.  Fill with crushed ice. Add ginger ale. Float cranberry juice.  Result should be ombre with light on bottom and cran on top.
