Pebble Beach Company Community Affairs Department serves as our direct link to the local community. From world-renowned signature events to volunteer-led initiatives, the team at Pebble Beach Resorts continuously strives to make positive impacts on the Monterey Peninsula and in Monterey County.

  • AT&T Pebble Beach Pro‑Am

    One of the most exciting events on the PGA TOUR, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro‑Am pairs top professionals with Hollywood celebrities, renowned musicians and captains of industry, as they compete for a $8.7 million purse. The final round is played on Pebble Beach Golf Links, and all tournament proceeds go to benefiting Monterey Bay charities.

  • Founded on Philanthropy

    To date, The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am has raised more than $200 million for local charities since coming to the Monterey Peninsula in 1947. Tournament founder Bing Crosby pioneered the philosophy of giving back through golf, and insisted that all revenue from ticket sales go to charity. That model lives on, with the Monterey Peninsula Foundation teaming up with AT&T and the Pebble Beach Company to run one of the most charitable events on the PGA TOUR.

Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance

Quite simply the finest exhibition of show cars on Earth, the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is an annual gathering of rare and antique automobiles, international automotive luminaries and motorcar enthusiasts from around the globe.

While the Pebble Beach Concours ‘Elegance began with modest fundraising efforts generated from the sale of programs and artwork, philanthropy drives the event today. The world-renowned classic car show has raised more than $32 million since its inception in 1950, supporting the Pebble Beach Company Foundation and near 100 other local charities. The event also awards the unique Phil Hill Scholarship, which provides aid and opportunity to students studying automotive restoration and design.

  • Outreach Team

    The Pebble Beach Company Outreach Team was formed in 2011 as a way for employees to give back to their community in a direct and meaningful way: volunteering their time, talents and hard work!

  • Outreach Team

    The Outreach Team applies its mission statement with major projects such as an annual beach clean-up in conjunction with Save Our Shores, restoring facilities and planting vegetable gardens at local elementary schools, food bank organization and assistance and vegetable field gleaning to provide produce for local food banks.

  • Giving Back is a Year-Round Event

    Ongoing projects such as clothing and food drives round out our annual endeavors. With 1,250 volunteer hours and counting, the Outreach Team looks forward to serving the local community through its upcoming projects.

As a non-profit organization and the philanthropic arm of Pebble Beach Company, the Pebble Beach Company Foundation has continuously invested where it can make the most significant impact: in the youth of Monterey County. Since 1975, our grantee programs have benefited more than 10,000 children in Monterey County.
