Today, the company is run by Marchese Piero Antinori, with the support of his three daughters Albiera, Allegra and Alessia. Tradition, passion and intuition have been the three driving principles that have led Marchesi Antinori to become a leader in Italian wine.

Antinori’s history is closely tied with the Italian regions of Tuscany and Umbria. Pèppoli at Pebble Beach—named after Antinori’s Pèppoli Vineyard in Tuscany—is the wonderful result of the celebrated partnership between Antinori, the Pebble Beach Company and restaurateur Rich Pèpe.

Inspired by Antinori tradition and the belief that the primary role of wine is to accompany and enhance the dining experience, Pèppoli offers a menu and wine list that honors this centuries-old Tuscan tradition.

Commenting on the success of Pèppoli at Pebble Beach and its talented Chef de Cuisine Angela Tamura, Antinori said, “I feel at home in this restaurant. Angela is doing a wonderful job. She has been to see us in Tuscany several times and she has experienced what we are doing. We have sent many of our chefs here from Italy in order to coordinate and to exchange experiences.”
